There are a lot of those art cars in Bisbee- I’m pretty sure there is a photo book on the subject.

This is the second incarnation of PLATE that I know of… the previous one had Troll doll heads on the fin thing, and a Stormtrooper in the passenger seat. It was for sale, and it seems someone bought it, and the person started this new one. I’m fascinated.
