I hadn’t been very happy with my Erotica section on Vir Impudicus, I just felt like something was missing the mark. Then a few weeks ago, I had a shoot with my friend Ron in the closed section of a bar, and something felt different this time. It’s like the mood and tone and direction finally feels right.
And maybe it’s because we were working in a closed leather bar, but the shoot kind of had a Mapplethorpe sort of feel to it. I liked that.
